Spiral Cooling Units
They are cooling devices produced for wafer producing facilities and for companies that manufacture machinery for these facilities. It differs from other block cooling units. These devices are produced specifically for facilities with higher production capacity. The capacity calculations of these products, which require sensitive cooling, are made by experienced personnel within our company.
Capacities are calculated according to the duration, product weight, inlet and outlet temperature values and the cream used, and the most suitable cooling devices are designed for the facilities. Our devices are produced with CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 quality and conformity certificates. Our devices operate in full capacity operating facilities on a 7-24 basis, under maximum cooling efficiency and minimum failure conditions. Each cooling unit is a whole with special wedge evaporators and high efficiency radial fans.
There are indoor and outdoor options as well as air and water cooled condenser options.
